About
Chef Richard worked for Michelin Star restaurant Meadowood in Napa, was the Napa Valley Mustard Festival 2009 People’s Choice Winner, and did food styling for John Ash cookbook “Culinary Birds.”
Bringing a background in food styling, recipe development, and butchery, he’s served as an Executive Chef and Chef de Cuisine, among other roles.
For 7 years Richard was in charge of the Guest Chef Tent at the Napa Valley Vintners Association Wine Auction. He is an American Culinary Federation member.
