Our employer partners have access to Escoffier students, externs, alumni, and job seekers within the industry from early career to seasoned professionals. With additional tools like our Talent Search option and Work & Learn, we help employers attract and retain qualified candidates through education and career skills training who are passionate about the culinary and hospitality industry and seeking career advancement — not just a job.

No, Escoffier Connect includes job seekers that are not Escoffier students or graduates. Due to our national presence and brand recognition, organizations like affiliate high schools, education providers, community organizations, and trade associations encourage their networks to join Escoffier Connect. We also invite early career and professional cooks and chefs seeking career and upskilling opportunities to apply for positions.

Online culinary education consists of reading and graded assignments, chef demonstrations, practical skills application, and one-on-one feedback, similar to an on-campus education. Studying online can give students greater flexibility, allowing them to complete their coursework around work and family obligations. Each program includes a hands-on industry externship.

Students at Escoffier have access to live, virtual online sessions, office hours with qualified Chef Instructors, feedback on each assignment, and coaching opportunities from Student Services representatives.

There is no charge to create your Escoffier Connect profile and begin posting jobs on the Career Marketplace. For additional services, each employer partnership agreement is unique and tailored to meet your goals and budget. We look forward to developing a plan that works for you.
