Austin Graduation Ceremony

Congratulations on reaching an amazing milestone!  You are cordially invited to participate in the Spring Commencement Ceremony on Saturday, October 22, 2022.  The ceremony will be held at the Great Hills Baptist Church, Building C in the Worship Center.

COMMENCEMENT DETAILS:

Graduates are requested to check in at 9:00 am on Saturday, October 22 at the Escoffier registration desk located in the lobby area at Great Hills Baptist Church.  A group photograph will be taken at 9:45 am, with commencement starting promptly at 10:00 am sharp.

WHAT TO WEAR?

All graduates MUST wear your clean, pressed Escoffier school uniform (chef coat, black chef pants and solid black shoes).  You do NOT have to wear or bring an apron or a hat.

RSVP:

Each graduate will be allotted a total of 10 tickets for guests (4 complementary and 6 for purchase), graduates do not need a ticket. Please RSVP by Friday, September 16th, by contacting Marc Doherty, [email protected], or by calling the main number at 512.451.5743.  We will Live Stream the commencement for those guests who are unable to attend in person (more information will be shared as we get closer to graduation).

TICKETS:

Tickets will go on sale on Monday, September 19th. You can purchase tickets at the school, at the registration table the day of graduation or over the phone with a credit card by calling 512.451.5743 (all tickets can be picked up at the campus or at the ceremony, we do not mail any tickets out). Tickets are priced are as followed:

• 0 to 12 years – FREE. no tickets are required!
• 13 years and older – $10.00 each (remember the first 4 tickets are free)
