Sharpen your culinary skills while earning continuing education credits with Escoffier at this year’s complimentary onsite Educators Summer Workshop!* This immersive workshop will highlight seasonal farm-to-table ingredients while exploring practical culinary techniques, creative instructional strategies, and collaborative kitchen experiences that can be adapted for a variety of classroom settings.

Who Can Attend?

High School Culinary Educators

Three Interactive Labs:

Composed Appetizers and Small Plates

A Collaborative Mystery Basket Cooking Challenge

Modern Pastry Techniques with Cream Puffs, Éclairs and Flavored Pastry Creams

Labs Will Focus On:

– Knife skills and kitchen organization

– Flavor development and plating

– Teamwork and time management

 – Baking and Pastry Fundamentals

– Creative classroom applications

– Culinary coaching and student engagement strategies

Participants will leave with classroom-ready recipes, adaptable lab ideas, instructional resources, assessment and reflection tools, and fresh inspiration for engaging culinary students at all levels.

*Earn a total of 6 Continuing Education credit hours for this workshop. You must attend the full day to receive credit. (Subject to attendees school/district approval).
