"What you think, you become; what you feel, you attract; what you imagine, you create."
About
Chef Angie has channeled her love of food and interest in wellness and nutrition into a long career cooking at universities, hospitals, and senior living facilities. With degrees in Business, Culinary Arts, and Nutrition, she brings her education to providing healthy and balanced meals to the students, patients, and residents in the facilities she serves.
Chef Angie knows that what you eat is only part of the wellness equation. In addition to her cooking skills, she was a fitness instructor and personal trainer for over 10 years. She’s an avid cycler and has completed the Bicycle Ride Across Nebraska (BRAN), a week-long ride across the Cornhusker State, several times.
With her experience and interest in nutrition, wellness, and good eating, she’s a welcome member of Escoffier’s teaching staff.
