Chef Cathy is a Certified Pastry Culinarian® with the American Culinary Federation. She was the former owner of Starlight Pastries in Orlando, FL, a home-based bakery specializing in wedding cakes, celebration cakes, cupcakes, and small dessert trays.
She has also worked in catering, logistics for Kraft Foods, and as a Purchasing Manager.
