Chef Jen ran her own cottage bakery and has worked as an Executive Pastry Chef. She is a member of the American Culinary Federation. Prior to joining Escoffier, Jen was a Pastry Chef Instructor at Erie Community College in Buffalo and Niagara Falls Culinary Institute in Niagara Falls, both in New York.
Her cottage bakery business, Fat Cat Sweets, specialized in wholesale and provided coffee shops and cafes with baked goods for their establishments. Fat Cat Sweets also catered to custom retail orders, as well as participated as a vendor at the Kenmore Farmer’s Market in Western New York.
