Chef Scott has worked as an Executive Chef and Sous Chef in restaurants across Austin, Texas. While working for Chef David Bull, he accompanied the chef to the James Beard House when he was asked to cook there.

Scott has also worked as Distributor Account Manager for a foodservice company and has written multiple books as well as web articles.
