Workshop Overview:
Educators will enjoy a guided tour on the latest developments and education on farming
best practices, raising livestock, product development, and more. Together, educators, Escoffier
Chef Instructors and students, and the Black Cat team, will prepare and enjoy a meal on the
farm with the products curated that day.
