This is a great way to earn 4 continuing education hours,* refresh your culinary skills, mingle with other high school educators and enjoy a productive afternoon of learning and fun!

Workshop Overview:

Educators will enjoy a guided tour highlighting the latest developments at the farm, including the seasonality of ingredients and how those products influence culinary execution in Chef Eric’s intimate kitchen environment. Together, educators and the Black Cat team will prepare and enjoy a farm-to-table meal featuring ingredients curated and harvested that day.
