The Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts would like to invite you to our annual Virtual High School Educators Workshop!

Sharpen your culinary skills while earning continuing education credits with Escoffier at this year’s COMPLIMENTARY virtual summer High School Educators workshop! This 2-day workshop for high school educators will include interactive demos focusing on knife skills, baking skills, and meat grinding skills, just to name a few! The event will be virtual via Zoom Video Conference.

Seasonal Ingredients
Doughs
Seasoning
Piping
Meat Grinding

Earn a total of 6 Continuing Education credit hours for both days. You must attend both days fully to receive any credit.

Bonus: Complimentary Educational Materials for Your Students

We’ll be sharing materials you can use with your students: a one-module with training on making fresh pasta, marinara, and Alfredo sauces. These go-at-your-own-pace materials include educational videos, knowledge checks and a digital credential upon completion.
