Sharpen your culinary skills while earning continuing education credit with Escoffier at this year’s COMPLIMENTARY virtual summer High School Educators workshop! This 2-day workshop for high school educators will include interactive demos focusing on sauce technique, pastry basic, fresh dairy variations and so much MORE! The event will be virtual via Zoom Video Conference. Registration is closed.
