This scholarship is for the Boulder residential campus students enrolling in the Diploma in Plant-Based Cuisine program starting in July 2026.

Boulder residential campus students enrolling in the Diploma in Plant-Based Cuisine starting in July 2026 may apply.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for this scholarship, candidates must:

  • Be a student enrolling in the Diploma in Plant-Based Cuisine program for the July 2026 start.

  • Be committed to plant-forward cooking and sustainable food practices.

  • Be excited to build professional-level plant-based skills – from foundational knife cuts and cooking methods to menu development and flavor-building with vegetables, grains, legumes, and plant-based proteins.

Award Details

This scholarship is eligible to be awarded with other Institutional scholarships but cannot exceed the overall Institutional maximum of $7,500 in residential or online diploma program or $15,000 in a residential or online Associate Degree program.
