Chef Bethany Schroeder


Chef Bethany has been a personal chef and also helped a small cannabis bakery with its recipe development. She was an Exhibition Chef for the Steelcase World Headquarters in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

Bethany has worked in various roles within the brigade de cuisine, from Garde-Manger to Pastry Chef in establishments throughout Michigan and Florida.

She’s passionate about bread and pastry techniques, as well as plant-based substitutions. She is on a crusade to find the best hot dogs and hand-cut fries in the world.
