About
Chef Stacie Christian runs the food service Farm to Grazing Table in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, bringing her passion for farm-to-table cuisine and hospitality to the community. Her culinary career spans over four decades and includes 17 years in office cooking and event curating in Phoenix, operating a lunch catering business in Missouri, cooking for Americans while living in Berlin, Germany, and diverse roles from her first kitchen job in Napa to working at a tea shop.
As a later-in-life student at Escoffier, Chef Stacie graduated with honors and now serves as a tutor, combining her decades of culinary experience with her love of teaching and customer service. She is proud to call Escoffier home, where she helps guide students on their own culinary journeys.
Growing up in a Mexican, Italian, and Irish household in Napa Valley, California, Chef Stacie was surrounded by rich culinary traditions and the local mom-and-pop restaurants that shaped her love of food. At just twelve years old, she was recognized by her local paper as the youngest cook to enter the county’s recipe contest, marking the beginning of her lifelong culinary journey.
