  2. Fill Out Your FAFSA® (Financial Aid)

    Got 15 minutes? This step is quicker than you think!

    Most students and families complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA®) in less than 15 minutes. That’s how long it takes to bake a batch of cookies. Complete your FAFSA® as soon as possible to see if you qualify for financial aid.

    After you complete it, we’ll reach out if more information is needed for your financial aid.

  3. Submit Proof of Graduation

    You’re almost there!

    Upload (on the application) or email one of the following: your high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.

  4. Order Your Culinary Gear

    Time to look the part!

    Learn more about Escoffier and order your chef jacket in your Orientation Course in the student portal. See your Welcome Letter for details.

  5. Attend Studio E Live Session

    Here’s where the fun starts!

    Studio E Live Session is a must-attend favorite for new students. Kick off your journey where you’ll get a sneak peek at your first assignment, meet chef instructors, and more! To attend, head over to ECampus.
