About
From the classroom to the kitchen, Antonio Moran has built a career around the guiding belief that education changes lives.
Holding a Bachelor’s in History and Education from the University of Northern Colorado, as well as a Master’s in Educational Leadership and a Principal License from Regis University, Antonio approaches instruction with a focus on student growth, engagement, and long-term success.
He spent four years teaching 9th and 10th grade World History and World Geography at Mapleton Expeditionary School of the Arts, where he also served as an Academic Advisor, helping students chart a path toward their goals both in and out of the classroom.
Antonio joined Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts in February 2022, where he now serves as Student Success Manager for the Boulder Residential campus and teaches Culinary History. His humanitarian work abroad, including time spent with an indigenous community in Guatemala, deepened his conviction that education is one of the most powerful tools for change.
Outside of Escoffier, Antonio can often be found with a book in hand, working on his writing, or letting a crock pot do the hard work on a batch of something delicious.
