Chef Brandon Esparza
Orientation Supervisor
True excellence comes from the empowering discovery of our own brilliance, being willing to learn and ready to improve.
About
After discovering his passion for baking at 17, Chef Brandon Esparza honed his skills in bread and pastry arts, establishing Broomhill Bakery with a goal to inspire and serve others through his culinary creations. Influenced by his Mexican heritage, he collaborated with YWAM Global Influence Group, teaching sustainable agriculture in Nayarit, Mexico, and volunteering in Guadalajara. His global experiences extended to ESL teaching and organizing children’s camps in Beijing and Seoul.
After returning to the United States, his deep love for baking led him to pursue a culinary education through Escoffier’s Online Baking and Pastry Arts program, and he graduated with a Baking and Pastry Arts diploma in 2021. He is currently a member of Escoffier’s tutoring team and is passionate about passing his knowledge down to students and inspiring them to achieve academic success.

Special Interests
I’m obsessed with coffee and barista work and enjoy calligraphy and learning new languages! I completed my baking externship for a locally-owned pizzeria and had the best time learning how to toss pizza dough!
