About
Charles Trowbridge is a communications strategist, educator, and coach dedicated to helping students find their voice, tell compelling stories, and build essential professional skills.
With more than 15 years working in journalism, public relations, corporate communications, and marketing, Charles brings real-world experience into the classroom to help students prepare for their careers.
Alongside his role as a General Education instructor at Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts, Charles serves as an Adjunct Instructor at the University of Colorado Boulder, teaching courses in PR strategy and writing. He also brings over a decade of experience coaching high school and youth basketball, which shapes his hands-on approach to mentorship and team building in the classroom.
What Charles loves most about teaching is connecting with students from different backgrounds and helping them feel ready to step into their chosen field.
Outside of work, Charles is an avid craft beer explorer — always on the hunt for new styles, breweries, and local beer communities — and a dedicated cribbage player.
