École Ducasse
To be eligible, applicants must:
- Earn an Escoffier Associate Degree or Diploma in Culinary Arts, or Associate Degree or Diploma in Pastry Arts
- Complete 20 weeks of professional work experience, including the required Escoffier externship
Eligible graduates may continue their studies by entering the second year of the École Ducasse program.
Les Roches
To be eligible, applicants must:
- Earn an Escoffier Culinary Arts Diploma or Associate Degree
- Complete 20 weeks of professional work experience, including the required Escoffier externship
Eligible graduates may qualify for direct entry into the third semester (second year) of the Les Roches program.
