Chef Samantha Mendez is currently working as a lead Escoffier tutor helping prepare students for success in their culinary journey. She developed her academic foundation at Escoffier, earning an associate degree with high honors and aspires to make a significant impact in the culinary education field.

She’s passionate about shaping the next generation of culinary professionals and helping them grow academically. Her goal is to create a supportive environment where students can reach their full potential and thrive in their culinary careers.
