About
Chef Suzanne brings over 20 years of culinary industry experience in such roles as an Executive Chef, business owner, recipe tester and developer, and food writer. As an entrepreneur, she started her own catering company, Rudy Made Meals, in Boulder, Colorado, and has written food articles for The Examiner Online.
Chef Suzanne has worked in locations spanning from Colorado to Arizona to Connecticut, and even did recipe testing for a vegan fusion cuisine company in Hawaii!
She’s passionate about exploring the world, having visited over 50 countries.
Suzanne loves to take cooking classes wherever she can and specializes in international cuisines, plant-based cooking, baking and pastry, and seasonal eating.
Outside of the kitchen, Suzanne is a hot air balloon pilot and has flown in the U.S., France, Mexico, and Kenya.
