Chef Joseph worked at a Michelin Star restaurant, as well as an Executive Chef for for British Airways and for Windsor Golf Hotel & Resort in Nairobi, Kenya. He won Chef Choice Award in Yummy Magazine, Best Pizza in Kenya in Yummy Magazine, and the Presidents Citation for Excellence in Culinary Arts between 2015 and 2016.
He was also a private chef for professional athletes in the Chicago area before moving into culinary education and curriculum development. Chef Joseph is a member of the American Culinary Federation.
