He was Owner and Chef for the catering company The Chef’s Table in South Florida for 9 years, Executive Chef at Madison Square Garden, Executive Sous Chef at The Mark Hotel in New York, and a Culinary Instructor at Miami-Dade Public Schools and Miami Dade College.
