
Ingredients:
2 cups loosely packed fresh mint leaves
1 cup loosely packed fresh cilantro
1 clove garlic
3 tablespoons lime juice
1/4 teaspoon sugar
5-6 green chilies
1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste
Up to ½ cup water
Method:
- In a blender or food processor, blend everything together until smooth adding as little water as possible.
- Serve as an accompaniment to samosas, grilled salmon or shrimp.
