Chef Stefanie Bishop-Schmidt is a pastry chef and baking instructor with more than a decade of professional experience across restaurants, hotels, museums, and specialty pastry kitchens. She has held pastry leadership roles at institutions such as the Art Institute of Chicago and the Metropolitan Museum of Art and trained under Daniel Boulud during the 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver. As a Chef Instructor in Baking and Pastry Arts at Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts, she brings classical pastry training, real-world production experience, and a student-centered teaching philosophy to help aspiring bakers build both technical skill and creative confidence.
