It’s true that 2020 is shaping up to become the year of uncertainty. However, one thing we know IS certain, we are so very proud of our 2020 Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts Boulder Campus and Online graduates.

As a result of the precautions taken due to COVID-19 we hosted a virtual graduation ceremony this year; with all the pomp and circumstance we could muster. While we couldn’t celebrate face to face we tried to make it as personal as possible and it was a tremendous celebration of talent, determination and triumph.

Escoffier CEO and President, Tracy Lorenz, offered a heartfelt congratulatory address to open each ceremony.

And as with any commencement ceremony, one of the highlights is listening to our graduate speakers convey their experiences, trials, hopes, and dreams. It’s with great pleasure that we share with you our guest graduation speakers of the Escoffier Boulder Class of 2020.
