From San Francisco, CA, to Austin, TX, to Wailea, HI, Chef Michelle has served as an Executive Pastry Chef, a Corporate Pastry Chef, a Bakery Operations Manager, and a Formagie.
She has also volunteered as a Featured Signature Chef for a March of Dimes event, featuring local Austin culinary talent who create a selection of fine cuisine for an exclusive audience.
